How do I donate to a campaign?

Browse our campaigns, select one you want to support, click "Donate Now", enter your donation amount, and complete the payment using your preferred method.

Is my donation secure?

Yes, all donations are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels. We use bank-level security to protect your financial information.

Can I get a refund for my donation?

Refunds are available if a campaign is found to be fraudulent or doesn't meet our guidelines. Contact our support team within 30 days of donation.

How do I start a campaign?

Click "Start Campaign" in the navigation, fill out your campaign details, submit verification documents, and wait for approval. Most campaigns are reviewed within 24-48 hours.

What fees does DonateLanka charge?

Standard campaigns have a 5% platform fee. Emergency relief campaigns have 0% platform fee. Payment processing fees (2.5% + Rs. 10) apply to all donations.

How do I withdraw funds from my campaign?

Verified organizers can request withdrawals from their dashboard. Funds are transferred to your registered bank account within 2-3 business days.
